announcing my new startup
That didn’t take long. 218 days later and I’m back (!) to launch my new startup.
After building my last startup to millions in yearly revenue and selling it after 2 years, I felt like my job wasn’t done in the offshore space.
This is why I’m jumping back in to help startups find the best offshore talent.
But not just any type of offshore talent though. Specifically…
Growth marketing offshore talent.
I figured I’m the best person to take this on– someone who has lived and breathed growth marketing their entire life and has also worked with hundreds of talented offshore folks.
So, drumroll please…introducing GrowthPair, where we pair you with growth talent that costs 80% less than U.S. peers.
What’s really exciting is that I’ve partnered up with some of the brightest minds in the marketing world, including:
Alex Lieberman, founder of Morning Brew
Neal O'Grady and Justin Setzer, founders of Demand Curve
Alex Harris and Drew Glover, founders of Fiat Ventures
Chase Dimond, the email marketing guru
Clifton Sellers, founder of Legacy Builder
Alex Brogan, founder of Faster Than Normal
Tibo, founder of Tweet Hunter
Talk about a stacked lineup of partners who are backing the business and are as stoked as I am to bring global growth talent to the masses.
We’re going to start off by offering five key growth roles:
Social marketer
Email marketer
Graphic designer
Growth assistant
Paid social marketer
Each role starts at around $7/hour for a college-educated individual bringing 2-3 years of experience in that function. The more experienced individuals will be around $10/hour; this comes out to $1,600/month for FT talent. 80% less than US peers.
Okay, enough about the biz and more on what’s in it for you?
I’m also getting get back to my writing and sharing my learnings on this newsletter about:
Scaling GrowthPair
Offshore staffing tips & tricks
Paid acquisition (still my marketing love)
Creative best practices (another one of my marketing loves)
Anything I learn, I’ll share it here first.
Please share this article with anyone who you think can benefit from my writing or offshore growth talent at their startup. I’m here at your service 🫡
p.s. - what do you all think about keeping my writing more informal like this article? It’s much faster for me to write and I think it keeps things super authentic, but lmk.
